Zyroic provides digital marketing and social media marketing (SMM) services including but not limited to:

• Social media followers, likes, views, comments, and shares
• Engagement services for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, Telegram, Spotify, and more
• SMM Panel reseller services and API access
• Subscription plans and digital tools
• Advertising and promotional services

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Orders & Payments

• All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website
• Payments must be made in full before service delivery begins
• Funds added to your Zyroic wallet are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice
• Orders once placed and in progress cannot be cancelled

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only provided if a service is not delivered within the stated time frame
• Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed orders at our discretion
• No refund will be given if the order has been fully delivered
• Refunds are credited back to your Zyroic account balance, not to the original payment method, unless agreed separately
• Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the order date

6. Prohibited Activities

You must NOT use Zyroic services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or platform terms of service
• Promote hate speech, violence, illegal content, or harmful material
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems or servers
• Resell our services without proper authorization
• Use automated bots to abuse the platform
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks

7. Service Delivery & Guarantee

• We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time shown per service
• Delivery times may vary due to high demand or platform changes
• Some services come with a refill guarantee — check each service description
• We do not guarantee specific results like monetization, verification, or algorithm changes

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services interact with third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Zyroic is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms. We are not responsible for any account penalties, bans, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms as a result of using our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zyroic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent. By using Zyroic, you agree to our data collection practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
